Our membership for the whole year only costs £12 and runs from 1st January to 31st December

What we offer:

  • You can join any of our 50+ interest groups
  • You’ll receive a monthly Bulletin of all that’s happening in Kenilworth u3a
  • You can join our excursions and outings to places of interest (There will be costs involved)
  • You will automatically receive regular copies of The Third Age Trust magazine "u3a Matters" (but can opted out of this - see below)
  • You can attend, free of charge, our regular monthly meetings with a great range of speakers
  • You can join a monthly film screening at the Talisman Theatre

Do Join Us:

  • please read all the notes below re: privacy and data protection, and then:
  • download a Notes and Membership Application Form
  • complete it.
  • deliver it to the Membership Secretary by post, by hand, or at an Open Meeting.
  • Pay the annual membership, ideally by bank transfer (details below).

Associate membership is only for people who pay a full membership to another branch of u3a; we offer them a reduced membership, (£6) because we do not pay affiliation fees for them to the Third Age Trust; their insurance etc. is provided by their ‘home’ branch.
Members of other u3as, without associate membership, can still attend our meetings and take part in our trips and interest groups provided that spaces are not needed for Kenilworth members, who take priority.

What happens Next: Once we receive your application form and payment, you will receive through the post your membership card and a copy of this year's Handbook.

Payments

The bank now charges us for cheque and cash deposits, so we request that, where possible, all payments are made by bank transfer.

We will, of course, continue to accept cheques and cash if online banking or telephone banking are not possible.

Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK tax payer. You do not need to sign the form but you must tick the box and date the form to indicate your agreement to us claiming Gift Aid on your subscription. Once you have completed a Gift Aid form you will not need to complete one again in future unless you need or wish to change it.
