You should have received your semi-completed membership renewal form through the post, but if you didn't, or the dog ate it, and if your contact details have not changed, you can renew your membership by just paying your subscription, currently £12, or £6 for associate members.
However, if you have any changes (especially your email address) then we need to know and that means completing a renewal membership form (see the link at the bottom of the page).
Once we have received your payment, YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL BE SENT WITH YOUR NEW HANDBOOK.
Payment of Subscriptions – due by 31st December 2025
The bank now charges us for cheque and cash deposits, so we ask that, if possible, you pay your subscriptions by bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, and there are no amendments to your details, you do not need to complete and return the forms; however, please ensure that you include your membership number as a reference, so that we can trace the payment. We will, of course, continue to accept cheque and cash payments from those who are not able to use bank transfers.

Associate membership is only for people who pay a full membership to another branch of u3a; we offer them a reduced membership because we do not pay affiliation fees for them to the Third Age Trust; their insurance etc. is provided by their ‘home’ branch.
Email Contact and Amendments
We very much hope that you will continue your membership for the next year. You will be notifed in the Bulletin when renewal notices are being sent out. If you have not received a renewal form, please contact the Membership Secretary. Our preferred method of contact is by email, so if you have changed your email address, please indicate this clearly on the form, along with any other amendments, and return it to the Membership Secretary.

Gift Aid
A big thank you to all those of you who have gift aided their subscriptions. If you have already completed a Gift Aid form this is indicated on the renewal form and you DO NOT need to complete the form again. We know that many members are not able to take part in the gift aid scheme, but if you are and have not completed a form previously, we should be very grateful if you would do so this year. If you can no longer gift aid your subscription, please amend the renewal form.
