Croquet is a game for all ages; there have been national champions in their 20s, and some continue playing into their 90s. More importantly, very few of our U3A members had played before joining us. Sessions are led by experienced members of the Croquet Club, who will show you the ropes, including how to make good contact with the ball. But beware- the game is addictive; over the past four years, eight former members have joined the Club so that they can play more often. Our membership has more than doubled since we started in 2018, but we still have room for a few more.
