served with home-cooked focaccia bread with tarragon sea salt
Chicken parfait pate
Served with crispy thin bread, tomato & chive salsa and lashings of red onion chutney

Roasted breast of turkey
Filled with an apricot rosemary sausage meat stuffing served with a homemade cranberry sauce & jus
Pan-seared seabass
Caper and chive butter sauce
