It’s the u3a Big Band from Balsall Common who are going to give us a great afternoon. The band is the full works with trumpets, trombones, saxophones, and a complete rhythm section of piano, electric guitar, electric bass guitar, and drums. It’s Big Band music from the 20s - 70s like, Puttin on the Ritz, In the Mood, Tijuana Taxi and Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend. Great music to tap your feet to. There’s Afternoon Tea as well, and if you really want to get in the mood there’ll be wine and soft drinks available to purchase.
