This can be done in any one of the following ways: 

  • A) By attending in person at 2.15 pm on Thursday, 19th March 2026
    or
  • B) By email confirmation (virtual attendance) If you do not wish, or are not able, to attend in person you can attend via email. To do this, just email the membership secretary : membership secretary stating that you wish to participate in the AGM and that you agree to the proposals.  This will be taken as confirmation that you have received all the documents, that you agree to the new Executive Committee nominations, and the Independent Examiner and the proposal for 2027 subscription rates.  If you wish to send in any questions, you can include these in your message.

  • C) By Post or Telephone Those who do not use email can reply by post or phone to the Membership Secretary in a similar fashion.

The final deadline for email replies and questions is midday on Wednesday 11th March.

Members without email will receive this information by post.  If anyone else requires paper copies, they should contact the Membership Secretary membership secretary to request these. We strongly urge all Ku3a members to participate to ensure that the AGM is quorate, which requires at least 15% of the membership to attend either in person or by email.
