This new group will hold its first session on March 9th 2026.

The group intends to shadow the activity of the already-running Wildlife Watching group. It will look to share a common interest in wildlife. It include observation of birds, other wild animals and insects, and also tree and plant identification. As a group that is still in an early stage of formation members will be able to influence how we develop. It is not necessary to have a high level of expertise to participate, but it is hoped that we will be able to improve our skills and knowledge.

Sessions will be held locally. Warwickshire offers many opportunities to watch wildlife with nature reserves, parkland and the wider countryside. Locally we have Crackley Woods, Parliament Piece, Finham Brook, the Common and Abbey Fields, and there are many Warwickshire Wildlife Trust sites within easy reach.
