Speaker: Gloria Camino

Gloria specialises in lecturing on Machu Picchu, the great Citadel of the Incas. Her lecture covers fascinating aspects of her research, including its origin, urban planning and design, its connection with astronomy and Inca religion systems. Also hypothesis as to its purpose after its discovery. Her lecture is illustrated with outstanding pictures and graphics.
Gloria was born in Cusco in Peru, hence her interest in Machu Picchu. She graduated from the University of Cusco with a BA in Architecture in 1988 and went on to achieve an MA. She subsequently relocated to the UK to join an Architectural practice.
