The refunds policy for Kenilworth u3a Outings is as follows:

a) Cancellations, where the place can be re-filled, will be given a full refund.

b) Cancellations, where the place cannot be re-filled, will only be given a refund if the individual trip is in surplus. The refund in this case will share the surplus equally between the late cancellers, up to a maximum level of a full refund of the individual’s payment.
